Refund policy
At Abigail’s Glow, we want you to love every purchase. Because our soaps and skincare products are handmade and personal-use items, we have a few policies in place to keep things safe and fair for everyone.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xiomarah29@live.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
Refunds are only offered for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
- Products lost during shipping (after carrier verification)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Abigail’s Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll always do our best to help if an issue comes up.

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Abigail’s Glow is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.
